You don't have to be an artist to participate in these wonderful rejuvenating mini-mermaid retreats! Open to women 18+.

The retreats are from 9-Noon but participants are welcome to to stay at the pool for lunch, relaxing and swimming.
The RVR Clubhouse closes at 9 pm. Non-RVR residents will go as Pam's guests.

THE RETREAT
We meet in a private upstairs room at the River Valley Ranch (RVR) clubhouse in Carbondale. We spend a wonderful morning doing SoulCollage- a fun collage method that gives easy and immediate access to our inner wisdom. Then we make beautiful sand dollar ornaments. The retreat formally ends at noon but participants are welcome to have lunch on the pool patio (bring your own or buy one at the pool's snack bar) and to spend the afternoon at the pool relaxing and swimming. |
WHAT’S INCLUDED...
• All art materials, mermaid journals and folders • A morning of SoulCollage, and a beautiful mermaid craft. • RVR pool entry fee (non-residents go as Pam's guests) • Access to the RVR pools, patio & steam room until 9 pm Pam is a certified SoulCollage® facilitator, a certified professional life coach, and has her master's in Art Education. She has 40+ years of teaching and facilitating experience! |

9:00- Meet Your Inner Mermaid through SoulCollage
10:30- Snack break
10:45- Make beautiful sand dollar ornaments
11:45- Sharing and morning wrap up
12:00- Participants are welcome to leave or to stay at the pool for swimming and lunch on the patio. Clubhouse closes at 9 pm. Note: Pam will reserve lap lanes in the afternoon for interested participants.

Summer 2023 Mermaid Retreat Dates
We meet at the RVR Clubhouse from 9-Noon. Participants are welcome to stay at the pools after the retreat ends for lunch, swimming and relaxing. The clubhouse closes at 9 pm. There's only room for six participants in each retreat so sign up early!
