SoulCollage: An easy intuitive collage process for self-discovery
This simple yet profound collage method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.
Using pictures, glue and 5x8" matboard, participants make their own decks of cards from images that help tap them into their inner wisdom. You don't have to be an artist: anyone can create meaningful cards and enjoy this powerful practice!
Pam is a certified SoulCollage® facilitator as well as a certified, professional life coach. She also has her master's degree in Arts Education. Pam creates an environment that supports focus, reflection, creative freedom, fun and relaxation for students of all ages.

A relaxing morning of creativity, beauty and fun!
Reconnect with your inner mermaid- the part of you that goes with the flow, surrounds herself with beauty, and takes time out for reflection, creativity and self care.
We meet in an upstairs meeting room at the River Valley Ranch (RVR) clubhouse in Carbondale for a wonderful morning of mermaid-related SoulCollage. Then we have lunch (Pam provides a charcuterie board) on the pool patio, and paint sand dollar ornaments. Weather permitting, participants are welcome to spend the afternoon on their own at the pool for swimming, soaking and relaxing.

10:30: Break for Tea & Snacks
10:45: Continue making SoulCollage cards
11:45: SoulCollage sharing and closing
12:00: Lunch on the pool patio (Pam will bring a charcuterie board)
12:30: Paint sand dollar ornaments
1:30: Say goodbyes...
Participants are welcome to stay after to enjoy the RVR pools & steam room.

Iced tea, lemonade and local Cocoa Club truffles
Charcuterie board for lunch (nibbles of breads, crackers, sliced meats, olives, cut raw veggies, nuts, cheeses and dips)
RVR pool entry-fee (participants don't need to be residents of RVR to attend- they will go as Pam's guests)
Special mermaid gifts from Pam
This workshop is open to women, ages 18 up. No art experience is necessary.
