Gelli-Block Printing Series

In this in-depth 4-session class, we combine Gelli-printing and linoleum block-printing to create beautiful greeting cards. First, we roll paint onto a gelatin or “Gelli-plate”. Then using a variety of methods, we create patterns on the plate and then press paper on top so that the image is transferred. These are our Gelli-prints. Then we carve designs into linoleum blocks, roll on black ink and press the blocks onto our Gelli-prints. When these beautiful Gelli-block prints are dry we glue them onto blank cards to create finished cards. If you already love Pam's process, you'll love this longer class!!​
