PARTY DETAILS & COST

• Parties are for kids turning 6 and older and for adults too
• Minimum of 5 people, maximum of 8 • Parties last 90 minutes: 60 minutes for art, and 30 minutes for refreshments & gifts (or design the party differently if you prefer) • If we run out of time, please plan to bring presents home rather than opening them at the party • Parents of the birthday child are invited to stay at the party but for older kids it's not necessary • Contact Pam to schedule and to choose a theme • Cost: $285 for the 90-minute party for 5-8 kids or adults |

PAM PROVIDES
• Her beautiful studio at the Third Street Center in Carbondale for the 60 minute themed art project
• Birthday-themed crowns for coloring
• All high-end art materials
• Guidance for each participant to create an amazing work of art over the course of the 1-hour art section of the party.
• Use of another room at the Third Street Center for 30 minutes for cake & gift opening (Pam supervises this too).
• Pam will also create a beautiful custom e-vite for you to send to your guests.

YOU PROVIDE
• Any food, drinks, cupcakes or cake that you'd like. (Contact Pam if you'd like her to provide the cupcakes.)
• FYI- There's a freezer in the building if you want to bring ice cream.
• Paper plates, utensils, cups, napkins and any other dinnerware needed for your cake/snack time.
• Optional special decorations (like balloons) and any party favors

90-MINUTE PARTY SCHEDULE- this can be altered if you prefer!
• Participants arrive and settle in and color beautiful birthday crowns. (10 minutes)
• Pam introduces the art project and helps the guests. (50 minutes)
• Party moves to another space in the Third Street Center for refreshments. Pam supervises. (30 minutes)
